Cody Hladki is the Producer and Co-Founder of WhyBuy.
A CPA with experience in management, consulting, finance, sales, and account leadership, Cody brings a practical and disciplined perspective to every client project. He helps guide the production process from planning to delivery, keeping the work organized, focused, and aligned with the business goals behind it.
At WhyBuy, Cody supports the balance between creative thinking and precise execution, ensuring each project has the structure needed to move from idea to finished asset with confidence.
Mikhail Sorokin is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of WhyBuy.
With a Bachelor of Commerce and a background spanning marketing, consulting, branding, cinematography, editing, scripting, and design, Mikhail brings both strategic thinking and hands-on creative experience to the agency’s work.
His role is to understand the business behind each project, shape the creative direction, and guide the production from concept to final delivery. At WhyBuy, Mikhail helps translate client goals into polished content built for campaigns, websites, social media, and long-term brand presence.
